CONSULTATION CALL
30 minute Zoom call, before you book me, to make sure I’m a good fit for your birth space.
2 PRENATAL VISITS
90 minute in-home visits. We’ll discuss various topics surrounding birth plans and labor preparation, fear releasing, and anything else on your mind about birth. These meetings are always customized to each mother.
ONE VIRTUAL CALL
60 minute check-in, typically in between our two home visits.
UNLIMITED PHONE SUPPORT IN PREGNANCY
Call me, beep me, if you want to reach me. Please don’t Google your questions. My job is to be your human search engine, even with the most basic things.
LABOR & BIRTH SUPPORT
When contractions start, I’m yours. 24/7 on call support from 37 weeks on.
2 POSTPARTUM VISITS
Like two old friends remembering the good old days. Visits are used for debriefing, connecting, and troubleshooting with you and your fresh baby.
DISCOUNTED CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION COURSE
If only there was more time. Radical Birth School is designed to be a comprehensive course teaching you the physiological process of birth. It’s the equivalent of a 7-day intensive class, and who has time to do that in person?
Birth Doula support has an investment of $1450. Payment plans are available to everyone.
Postpartum Support
A Postpartum Doula is the ultimate form of self-care. Imagine allowing yourself the time to heal after birth, emotionally and physically. I am here to help this life transition be as seamless as possible. Allow me to be your hands and feet for a few weeks as you enjoy every second of your new baby (or let me cuddle them while you take a shower, it’s whatever you need, really).

60 minute Zoom call. Making a game plan for your individualized care plan.
6 DAYTIME VISITS
6 hour days. Anything from light housekeeping, breastfeeding support, newborn care while you rest, meal prep, emotional and physical healing support. You choose.
UNLIMITED PHONE SUPPORT
Yes, I’m also awake at 2 am. Baby blues are intense, but good news, I’m (almost) always awake in the night. Text me and I’ll be an ear for you.
AYURVEDIC BELLY BINDING
It’s like a healing hug. 40 days of traditional belly wrapping, I’ll teach you how to wrap yourself using organic cotton and infused oils.
Postpartum Doula support has an investment of $1600. Payment plans are available to everyone.

Life can get overwhelming after the birth of a new baby. Postpartum visits include anything from emotional healing, newborn support, or light household chores.

Intended to help support the pelvic floor after birth, postpartum belly binding is an ancient practice of wrapping the belly taut with cloth. You will receive two wraps, belly oil, and all the information you need to successfully belly bind for 4o days following birth.

Breastfeeding can be hard, you’re not alone! I offer a prenatal or postpartum visit to help prepare and establish good breastfeeding habits for you and baby. Expect a 2 hour visit.
